The company has introduced a
new department known as the “Customer Care Unit” with the goal of
achieving a fulfilled customer satisfaction, given the following
functions:
* Taking care of customer complaints and acting promptly.
* Feeding back customers through phone calls, correspondences,
visits, etc.
* Checking and confirming supplementary estimates and advising
customer and the workshop accordingly.
* Embarking on workshop sales promotional strategies.
* Advising on training awareness for selected organisations in
conjunction with the technical adviser, with a view to consolidating
our revenue base.
